Former USA Boxing National Champion Eric Spitfire brings Beat Box style cardio kickboxing to Smash Hit. Join the fun with a cardio explosion of kicks, punches, knees, and elbows, while grooving to the hottest Electro/Hip-Hop music! Burn calories and bust stress while hammering out 1000’s of moves per class. Eric inserts interval power moves and calisthenics for total body stamina and toughness.

Bad Ass Kickboxing

A master of her technique - Linda has been teaching kickboxing for over 25 years. This class focuses on teaching you her favorite power combinations and allows you to “bring it on" with your own added flair. Bad Ass Kickboxing is an extremely sweaty, non-stop conundrum of combos, traditional cardio intervals, and total body strengthening routines. Have fun mixing it up with great tunes and a thorough workout that will leave you feeling like the champion you are.

Warrior Way Kickboxing

Terrence S.M. Popp is an Airborne Ranger and Special Forces Green Beret. He holds multiple titles as a pro kickboxer, professional instructor, and certified badass. Recruits will feel stronger and more confident after testing your mental limits in this combo-busting class! "Poppy" engages you in pursuits to get your adrenaline pumping with “attack the enemy” moves and speedy blitzes on a 100-pound heavy bag. Develop powerful brawling moves that will pump up your fighting spirit and teach you real-world skill as you endure 12 self-paced rounds per class.

- Dozens of strikes and punches while developing speed, power, and accuracy on your heavy bag.
- Kicking’s basic biomechanics for seamless balance, focus, and ease of delivery to hit lower targets such as knees, thighs, groin, "where it counts"!
- How to "Hit and Not Get Hit". positioning with lighting fast combinations. Built in defense with "in and out" foot work.
- Through repetition of exciting moves on both your 100-pound heavy bag and low impact aerobics preset choreography.

Let's take your skills to the next level - PRO level! Experience a level of conditioning that real fighters aspire to achieve for peak performance. If you have participated in fitness boxing/kickboxing, martial arts classes, or simply want to improve your stand-up game in MMA - this class will bring out what you're truly capable of. From avid fitness boxers to those who really strive to master the art of the fight, Former USA undefeated champion, Ken has taken the best in both offensive and defensive strategies used by top professionals and compacted it into a class you'll never forget. Focus your new skills on the heavy bags at 65 to 100 percent maximum heart rate for a solid 50 minutes. Team, Non-contact, and controlled partner/kick shield drills are utilized throughout.

Boxing Conditioning

If you’re looking for a smaller group to build your stamina and strength, then this class is tailored for you. Marie is a Black belt, former tough woman contender and skilled boxer. Marie will guide you through an intense workout consisting of exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups, burpees, leg lifts, and much more - finishing with an endurance building session on the heavy bag.
Beginners are offered modifications in movements and intensity. Marie is a strong believer in teamwork, and she encourages students to support one another so no one feels left out or overwhelmed. Limited to 6 spots first come first serve - book now!

Build your endurance, breathing, and independent bag routine with Karl - a top kickboxer of the 80’s and veteran instructor with 30 years of boxing under his belt. Karl leads the group with effective boxing and kickboxing fighter combos that snap, crackle, and pop the bag with lead jabs and kicks. Learn combinations that "sting like a bee" with punishing speed and focused power. Experience 3-minute rounds on the heavy bag combined with intervals of mixed intensity impact and personalized power calisthenics designed to work for top athletic conditioning of all levels. After the cool down, focus on core training and isometrics inspired by Karate Kid, David Carradine, and Rocky.
