How to I make Rank?
Here are two ways to get started.
- Attend a Smash Hit kickboxing beginners or all level class, or Semi Private time with Ken as trainer.
- If you cannot make classes, this month fill out form at bottom of this page and we can assign your current rank.
- All ranks will receive Certificate of Rank and if you would like to pick out your own apparel from our Rank Apparel Shop check our our variety at the below link.

- RED RANK: Estimated 10-15 sessions - Download rank requirements.
- BLUE RANK: Estimated 20-40 sessions - Download rank requirements.
- GREEN RANK: Estimated 30-50 sessions - Download rank requirements.
- BROWN RANK: Estimated 60-80 sessions - Download rank requirements.
- BLACK RANK: Estimated 90-120 sessions - See instructor for rank requirements.
